The Annika Linden Centre bridges the gap between outstanding local leaders and the global expertise and support those local leaders need to change the lives of some of Asia's most marginalised families.
Our sector specialties: disability, health, and education, especially for women and youth.
Incubator for Impact
The Annika Linden Centre is home to the first-of-its-kind Incubator for Impact, applying basic investment incubator principles to high potential social sector leaders to maximise impact.
The Incubator for Impact identifies outstanding local leaders and solutions and actively bridges the gap between global expertise and these high potential on-the-ground social sector leaders through tailored, one-on-one mentorship, training and support. Our Incubator team includes Indonesian and international seasoned professionals with deep experience in communication, public policy, finance and accounting, allied health, and operations in local, regional, and global contexts.

Incubator for Impact services are completely tailored to the organisation. In general, we find core needs in local non-profits trends into five areas:
-
Finance & accounting - absolutely essential for managing fundraising, budgeting, and spending, and for building trust with funders and supporters.
-
Operations & efficiency - savings in operations can free up budget. Increased efficiency improves reputation and fundraising capabilities.
-
Quality control - connecting the leaders with global experts in their specific field to audit & consult on program quality. With health organisations, this work tends to focus on medical and clinical standards.
-
Donor relationships & communications - reviewing existing relationships with supporters with an eye on better communication with supporters.
-
Measuring impact on client's lives - this is "impact accounting" - essential for results-focused management and for results-focused donors.
